The story behind the picture : a big city has been taken over by a group of giantesses. A hero raises against the giantesses and want to fight them. Maybe he played a little bit too much Dark Souls and thinks defeating giant-sized woman can be easier than human-sized bosses. He will soon find out it isn't as simple.
